New Daytime Fitness Classes

Two new Fitness classes are starting with effect from week beginning September 10th 2012.

Tuesdays 10am-10.45am – Zumba

Thursdays 10am-11am – Step/Tone (this class is already running)

Fridays 10am-11am – BTT.

Classes to suit all levels of fitness.
