New Fitness Class- Plus Size Fitness starts Wednesday 4th February
Monday, February 2nd, 2015An exercise class aimed solely at the larger participant who is keen to start an exercise regime but doesn’t know how or where to begin.
Let us take you through basic moves to increase your stamina and start to lose weight and tone those muscles!
We want to introduce you to the joy of exercise and to inspire you to move on to our regular classes with enthusiasm and confidence.
Class starts Wednesday 4th February 7.30pm-8.15pm.
Cost – £4 pay as you go.
