Sunday Aikido Class Instructors
Tuesday, April 24th, 2018There’s a slight change to the teaching dates due to holidays, Paul Totterdell is now teaching next Sunday on the 29th April.
On the dates below, the named person is the instructor with Steve T only taking part in the training.

May 6th – Ellen Pickett
May 13th – Steve T
May 20th – Steve T
Each instructor brings something different and this makes for some very interesting classes.
All grades are welcome

Yoga- Class Cancellation
Tuesday, April 10th, 2018Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Monday Yoga class next week, 16th April will have to be cancelled.
